1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing CoreTally.com and any of our services—including bookkeeping, Fractional CFO advisory, corporate forecasting, and our downloadable digital template marketplace—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access our platforms.
2. Description of Services
CoreTally Inc. provides modern bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll processing, cloud-based SaaS financial tools, corporate benchmarking models, and templates. Some services are provided on a recurring retainer basis (advisory/CFO), while others are available for one-off purchase (digital spreadsheets and dashboards).
3. Client Responsibilities
For us to deliver precise financial insights, bookkeeping reconciliations, and tax disclosures, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely financial records, bank statements, and business documentation. CoreTally is not responsible for errors resulting from falsified, incomplete, or severely delayed client inputs.
4. Fees, Billing, & Retainers
Our monthly retaining fees are flat-rate packages billed in advance on the 1st of each calendar month. Digital marketplace templates are charged at the time of purchase. Overdue accounts may result in standard service suspensions or restrictions on your cloud SaaS tool access privileges.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary calculators, AI-powered analysis tools, custom spreadsheets, dashboards, and materials downloaded from our Digital Products marketplace are the exclusive intellectual property of CoreTally Inc. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license for internal business use only. Redistribution or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our team utilizes industry best practices to verify accounting figures, all strategic advisory services (including Fractional CFO consultations, cash flow projections, and corporate forecasting models) represent estimates and operational advice. CoreTally Inc. does not guarantee specific investment success or market performance outcomes.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
